Digital products

Because keys are delivered instantly and cannot be revoked once redeemed, all sales are final by default.

Eligible cases

Refunds may be granted within 24 hours of purchase if the key was not redeemed and the product cannot be made operational by our support team.

How to request

Email refunds@zenithmarket.com with your order ID. Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method within 5–10 business days.
